Good product

My motorhome, Chevy 454 equipped, was left on with complete battery drain for 3 weeks and was as dead as dead. I hooked this booster up and was skeptical but the 454 started in a couple of turns. It is still holding a charge and I take it with me everywhere. I’ve owned it for 4 years now. Just don’t pile stuff on it in your car trunk cause the light switch will click on and kill the battery.

General Questions

The gauge is only accurate when the compressor is off.

Yes. You will not overcharge the battery.

The lights are not designed to change color. The first light shows 0-25% charged; 2nd light shows 26-50% charged; 3rd light shows 51-75% charge; 4th light flashing 76-99% charged; 4th light solid 100% charged.

You should charge your Jump Starter after each use or every three months to keep the battery healthy.

It powers the USB ports

No, you would need to use a battery charger/maintainer to charge a battery. You can jump start your vehicle with a jump starter, then drive the vehicle to charge the battery.

You can run the flashlight for approximately 100 hours if the battery has a full charge and full capacity.

The lights are not designed to change color. Each light represents 25% of the internal battery. When the first light is solid, that means the unit is 25% charged. When the second light is no longer flashing, the unit is charged at 50%. When the third light is no longer flashing the unit is charged at 75% and when the final light is no longer flashing, the unit is fully charged.
